Luxury club house Palazzo Imperiale is located in the heart of Moscow – a historical district Zamoskvorechye, one of the most beautiful places in the capital with a rich cultural heritage and poetic flair of creativity of Russian writers, poets and artists. A prototype for the creation of the Palazzo Imperiale was the Temple of Hadrian in Italy, built in honor of the emperor who ruled the Roman Empire in the years 117-138 ad. In the club house there are only four floors and 22 apartments, living space consists of one-, two- ,three-, and four-room open-plan apartments with an area ranging from 70 to 175 sq. m. The ceiling is 3.3 meters high. Most of the apartments are oriented in two directions.
