There will be two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen which will be fully fitted, an open plan dining area (with a table to seat 8) and living area with open fire place split over two floors. There will also be a separate guest WC on the ground floor and sauna with a panoramic window. The chalet will feature a lockable storage area for owners as well as plenty of internal storage. There will be a terrace with sun loungers and seating area as well as a hot tub. The chalet will also come with one parking space.
 
The larger chalet measures 100m2 and can sleep 6-8 people. There will be three bedrooms and three bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen which will be fully fitted, an open plan dining area (with a table to seat 10) and living area with open fire place split over two floors. There will also be a separate bathroom on the ground floor and sauna with a panoramic window. The chalet will feature a lockable storage area for owners as well as plenty of internal storage. There will be a terrace with sun loungers and seating area as well as a hot tub. The chalet will also have a loggia on the first floor and will come with one parking space.

The chalets will be part of a long-term lease-back scheme where they will be rented out for tourist use using an operating company. Rental returns are forecast to be between 3.5% and 4.5% p.a. on the purchase price, with a 3% guaranteed net rental return for the first 3 years. Owners will be able to use the chalet for 5-6 weeks a year free of charge. Additional weeks are possible at owner's rates at 25% below market prices.
