This historic villa with 360 degree views is just a 10 minute walk from the Medieval city of Barga. Barga is known for its equisite restaurants, Opera Festival and Jazz Festival.
One approaches the villa from a tarmac road and then electric gates lead you into the complex. The main villa has a large entrance, three reception rooms, a modern gourmet kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms. Up the sweeping, stone stairs, the bedrooms have been divided into two suites of two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The fifth bedroom is currently used as a study. Two of the bedrooms have balconies off from them.
The ceilings are high and the windows large enough to give the home lots of light. Under the main villa is a two bedroom apartment with its own kitchen and sitting room as well as a private terrace. Behind the villa there are two other guest apartments; one is a one-bedroom apartment with terrace and the other is a studio apartment with terrace. The grounds are flat with space for children to play and there is a formal section as well as a vegetable garden. This year the owners installed a brand new swimming pool which has been regularly maintained. The views across to the Alpi Apuane are unrivalled.
