Processing the property

Upon confirmation of your instruction, one of our in-house specialists will process your property for marketing purposes. With just one visit they will produce high quality digital photographs, a full set of architectural floor plans and location plan and write and design a property description for both online and offline marketing. This set of complete property details is then uploaded onto This allows us to start marketing your property within 48 hours.

On the market

Marketing YOUR property is our business and we take this work extremely seriously. There are two primary communication methods employed to give your property maximum exposure: web, and traditional print-media. Compliance with safety regulations

As a landlord, you have an obligation to ensure that your property complies with all the necessary regulations i.e. the safety of gas appliances, the electrical installation and any furnishings supplied for the tenancy. We can advise you on this and arrange the necessary inspections.


It is our job to rent your property for you, which is why we accompany prospective tenants to the property on each and every viewing, presenting the property in the best possible manner.

Tenancy agreement

We will draw up the relevant paperwork forming a contractual agreement between both parties.

Proceeding with a suitable tenant

Once a suitable tenant has been found, we will apply for references on your behalf. We will proceed to the next stage. If the tenant is acceptable to you, we will proceed to the next stage.


An inventory of the content and condition of the property is produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. This will be supplied to both landlord and tenant and signed by both parties.
