We will efficiently handle all maintenance issues that may arise in your apartment and save you the hassle of dealing with your tenant’s problems. We offer the following range of services:
  • Technical support hot line with an English-speaking manager
  • Maintenance of your apartment and household equipment (organizing and carrying out repair work, communicating with municipal services, managing requests and work completion, as well as any issues surrounding the departure of your tenant)
  • Apartment condition inspection every three months (sanitary engineering and electrical equipment)
  • Payment control and as necessary enforcing payments stipulated by the lease contract (public utilities, telephone calls, satellite TV, Internet, etc.)
  • Organization and carrying out repairs work (such as switching on/off of boiler, lamp changing, elimination of plugging, repair of mixer, etc.)

If you want we can add extra services to this package. All services will be completed within 3-5 days from the moment of application receipt. We will give you quarterly reports detailing all works carried out and their associated costs.
