Architecture:
The author of the project is architect Pavel Andreev, who created a new look for GUM, Manege, and the Austrian House. The Theater House is the result of the reconstruction of 4 19th century buildings united into a single 8-section building in the style of Russian Art Nouveau with a three-level underground parking for 283 cars.
A total of 129 apartments ranging from 67 to 260 sq. m., the upper floors are occupied by apartments with fireplaces and spacious terraces on the exploited roof. The ceiling height is from 3.1 to 4.15 m. The yard is guarded around the clock and closed for cars to enter.
